What we collect
Only what you choose to share: your name, role, work email, brand name, website, category, headquarters country, an indicative revenue range and a description of your brand.
Why we collect it
To evaluate a potential partnership or investment and to respond to you. We rely on our legitimate interest in assessing brands that approach us, and on the consent you give when submitting the form.
Who sees it
Submissions are delivered by email to the Tresalis deal team and are treated in confidence. We use a third-party form-delivery service solely to transmit your submission to our inbox; it does not use your data for its own purposes. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
How long we keep it
For as long as a conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can revisit opportunities. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
- Access, correct or delete the information you sent us
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
